In January 2018, Jane is facilitating ” The Resilience Toolkit”
Delivered in person, this 3 part resilience-building series will teach you mindfulness and movement practices to build nervous system capacity and well-being. Through the lens of the autonomic nervous system and change theory, we will explore our individual strategies for long-lasting change and management of our nervous system responses to stress.
The Resilience Toolkit is a NEW program created by Lumos Transforms. The Toolkit deepens existing self-care practices and invites long-term habit-formation strategies to develop your unique and sustainable practice.
